Practical questions before you enquire.

Do I need to prepare a full specification?

No. A current website, spreadsheet, price list or example document is often enough to start. The first step is to understand the recurring problem and define a small, testable scope.

Is the calculator result a binding quotation?

Not by default. The demonstrator returns an indicative range and clearly identifies cases that require photographs, a site visit or individual review.

Can the calculator use my own prices and rules?

Yes. The agreed rates, conditions and add-ons are moved into a documented configuration. The business remains responsible for approving the commercial rules supplied.

Will I own the finished project?

The final proposal defines ownership and handover. For the standard service, the intention is to transfer the agreed project files and access after payment.

Do you provide ongoing hosting or a subscription?

A compulsory subscription is not part of the standard offer. Hosting and maintenance options depend on the chosen setup and are explained before work begins.

How many revisions are included?

The standard scope includes one consolidated round of feedback after the first working version. Additional rounds or changes of scope are quoted separately.
